I visited this place for the first time. The staff was very helpful and made my visit very pleasant. I did not purchase a lot and i purchased standalone items but still they put effort to make it more presentable. Definitely recommend.

Nutcracker sweet is my favourite place to get my baskets. Their selection is always with great quality and I can trust that the product will get to its destination in a timely manner. Their staff has always been friendly, kind and helpful even when I make trips to the store. Their cheeseboard is one of my favourites, I purchased it for some friends and had to get myself one too and it was amazing.

I was a random name on the other end of the email asking them to set up a special basket for the guests of honour and VIPs at a fundraising event I was doing. They not only did so, they ensured each was received in ample time before the event. The baskets were classy and warm, the recipients here in Toronto and as far away as LA loved them, and most importantly, the team at Nutcracker Sweet with the easiest, kindest folks to deal with!

Outstanding!!! My company ordered about 40 baskets for our employees across the US and Canada. The baskets were delivered on time, they were exactly as ordered, delicious treats, very high quality. Their customer service was excellent. Sabrina was super helpful and Dave was very efficient. They answered my billions of questions and our employees were so happy! I honestly can't wait to work with them again. We also had one employee who wasn't at home and they seamlessly managed a new delivery time last minute. Highly recommend!
