Where are you located?
We are located in Toronto at 3717 Chesswood Drive (Sheppard Ave & Allen Rd). We also have a location open downtown Toronto in November and December at 40 King Street West Concourse in the Scotia Plaza on the 1st level.
What currency is used on your website?
All of our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), although you can easily pay with other currencies online and it will converge automatically when payment is processed.
Are your gift baskets nut-free?
We are not a nut-free facility, although all our food is wrapped individually and if requested we can absolutely make a nut-free basket!
Are all your gift baskets Kosher?
We do have a large selection of Kosher Gift Baskets and also Kosher for Passover baskets around Passover time, although not all our baskets are Kosher.
Do the items in your gift baskets come fully wrapped?
All of our food comes fully wrapped, there is no open food to cause contamination in our baskets.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
Yes! You would need to create an account to place an order as we need information for billing and invoice purposes.
Can I order multiple gift baskets in one order?
Yes! You can order multiple gift baskets in one order even when going to diffrent or the same address. You will also be given a discount in some cases if ordering many gift baskets to the same location. We have corperate specialists who also manage large orders from ten gifts to thousands of gifts.
I want to change something on my order. Can I do that?

Do you require the recipient’s phone number?
We highly recommend providing the recipient’s phone number to avoid any delays.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online and in store. Please note that we do not accept cash in the store though.
Can I substitute an item when I place an order?
Here at Nutcracker Sweet we are open to customizations to a certain extend. This is dependant on the time frame, budget, and time of year. Please give us a call at 416-782-3232 to discuss any substitutions or additions you would like in your gift basket. We reserve the right to substitute contents for equal or great value.
Does the gift basket look the same as what is shown on the website?
All our gift baskets are made in advance to ordering/holiday meaning that what you see online is going to be exactly or very similar to the gift basket you send. The gift basket items or containers are subject to change due to stock availability throughout the year. Please call for specific inquires.
What type of products do you use? Are they fresh and good quality?
We only use brand name and high-end quality products. We also enure that all the brands we use are safe and keep up with our health standards. This goes for all of the products in our baby baskets aswell.
Can I arrange a pick-up when I place an order online?
You can not select pickup for an online order, athough you can arrange a pickup at our Chesswood location by calling us at 416-782-3232.

We deliver across all North America, Canada & USA.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship all our gift baskets from our warehouse and store located in Toronto, Canada.
What if the recipient is not at home when the gift is delivered?
Our local drivers will make sure that it is a safe neighborhood before leave anything and if there is a safe area (i.e covered porch) to leave the gift. We highly recommend providing the recipient’s phone number to avoid any delays.
UPS/Canada Post will either reatempt the delivery the next day or may take an item to the local depot after leaving a pickup slip.
Please make sure that the address you give us is accurate and correct. Delivery delays can occasionally occur if there are address inconsistencies.

Can I add my own branding or greeting cards?
Yes! You can add custom cards, ribbons & labels to your gift baskets that may include your logo!

Yes! We are currently offering customized logo baskets and logo ribbons. Please contact us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When is the last day I should order to ensure Christmas delivery?
We recommend ordering your Christmas gift baskets a weeks in advance with delivery 4-5 days efore Christmas to guarantee delivery. Please refer to our Delivery Information regarding the deadlines.
