Our Story

From humble beginnings in the early 1980s to now, we are proud to be serving the local Toronto area for over 30 years. We have become the leader in the gift basket industry and have a vast amount of experience and knowledge. We have a professional design team creating elegant and unique baskets that are distinct from the previous year. We are committed in providing innovation and change to our baskets in order to meet our client expectations. We have a variety of positions available with different required skill sets. We are constantly looking and hiring within our various departments, which includes the graphic design team, customer service team and warehouse team.

Our Training Program and Approach

Nutcracker Sweet Gift Baskets looks to implement adequate training programs for individuals joining the Nutcracker Sweet Team. As a gift basket company, we undergo an extremely high peak season. Thus, we bring on a number of individuals to join our team. We ensure to provide each and every individual with the training and resources to improve their employment skills and to further, explore their potential in other areas. We provide training in a variety of areas which includes, graphic design, marketing and social media, web development, project management and more! We look to provide each and every staff member with a unique skillset that will benefit them in their future endeavors! Our training methods has enabled confidence in our staff and evidently, we have seen many employees move on and reach their career goals from the skills attained at Nutcracker Sweet.
