We always strive to send the gift basket as shown. However, sometimes items and containers may be no longer available. We reserve the right to substitute products and containers with items of equal or greater value.
Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient.
Please report any damaged shipment to us within 2 business days of a basket arriving. If a basket arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to arrange an exchange replacement.
If Nutcracker Sweet's merchandise arrives damaged, we would be happy to replace it. In order to take care of this, the damaged merchandise must be returned to the Nutcracker Sweet store within 30 days of you receiving it. If food baskets are not damaged, they are not returnable or refundable. This is due to health and safety concerns. All other kinds of non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient, however, a refund can only be given to the purchaser.
