We always strive to send the gift basket as shown. However, sometimes items and containers may be no longer available. We reserve the right to substitute products and containers with items of equal or greater value.
Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient.
Please report any damaged shipment to us within 2 business days of a basket arriving. If a basket arrives damaged, we will be more then happy to arrange an exchange replacement.
Please call us at 416-782-3232 or email us at email@example.com to arrange for a Gift Return Number (GRN) to place on your address label. Returns will not be accepted without a previously obtained GRN. Please be sure to keep all damaged packaging. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a replacement. We are not responsible for damages that are not reported to us within 2 business days.
